Chase

Well it was kind of a shock when Chase got out of the Tahoe and came walking towards me.  He really has grown in the last 6 weeks!  I cannot believe that he is taller and broader--in that short of a time period.  He is going to be barrel-chested just like his dad.  Of course he thinks it is great that he is getting bigger and bigger than his mom.  I think he was glad to be at home at first, but then he got bored--big surprise.  He had a great time holding the babies though and still seems so attached.  Azbrielle and Weston miss him a ton and were wrestling with him and soaking up any attention he would give them.  They had a good time and were sad to see him leave.  He seems to be doing well in school and at his dad's--which is good for him but makes me a little sad if I am totally honest.  Of course I want him to succeed and be the best person possible, but it still hurts that he would rather be over there.  I tried to give him so much and raise him as well as I could---but I guess I do understand him wanting to try living with his dad.  And of course there are way fewer rules there--and no siblings to share attention or anything else with.  Kind of like a permanent Disneyland.  And he got a new puppy, which is cool.  Better them than me right now!  That is one thing I cannot do for him--get a new puppy! 

I miss him tons and am sad he is not here--but I am glad he is doing so well.  He seems to really be happy there, at least so far.  Love ya bud!
